St. Thomas' Episcopal Church

Dulcie Mackey has been the Church School Coordinator since 1990.  She graduated from Syracuse University in 1972 and holds a degree in Liberal Arts/ Psychology.  She has worked in Human Resources in Monroe County. Dulcie has been a member of St. Thomas'for 30 years.  She and her husband, Dick, share 2 daughters, a son and one granddaughter. She loves working with the children and youth of our parish.
