Funding Application Process

   To request Mission / Outreach funds, please fill out the online Application Form by selecting the link or the menu item to the left. You can also fill out a hardcopy of the attached form (below) and submit it to the St. Thomas' office.
   Once we receive the funding request, the form will be sent (along with any supporting information) to the Mission / Outreach discernment committee. After careful deliberation, the funding request will be approved or denied, and a response sent to the submitter. If the request is approved, a request for funds will be submitted to Kathleen Merritt in the church office, who will write a check and send it to the designated organization.
