St. Thomas' Episcopal Church

The Vestry has met several times to examine, discuss, review, and settle on the Rector search process.  In May, the Vestry will identify and instruct a formal Profile Committee to develop, review, and disseminate (in September) a survey to all parishioners. While collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the survey results, the Profile Committee will conduct focus groups to which all parishioners will be invited. We expect the Parish Profile to be completed by the end of October.
After completion of the Parish Profile, another formal committee, the Search Committee, will then advertise the position, encourage candidates to apply, and begin the winnowing process to select a new Rector. 
 
During the next 14 to 16 months, throughout this process, we will need your assistance, participation and prayers.
